Discovering Living Lightly.

I was Living Breathlessly in FEAR. What was I afraid of? Being Alone.

In a Tizzy. Frantically Seeking Serenity. Chasing Perfection. Rushing to Solve Life. Trying on the World. Colour-Coding. Organising, Complicating. Resisting. Stressing. Over(Whelm)ing.

I Numbed the FEAR. Adventuring. Social Butterfly-ing. Buying Things. Pretty Clothes. Spoiling. Studying. Entreprenur-ing.

The more I Armour I wore. The more Alone I felt. More icky Fears. More Numbing. More Tizzy. More. More. More.

It took a seriously icky Autoimmune Illness to Stop the Tizzy. Dazed. Bruised. Dazzled. Momentarily STILL.

I Woke up. Everything is Perfectly Imperfectly Intimately Interconnected. I’m not Alone.

If the Tizzy of Numbing Fears with MORE was making me Sick. Perhaps it is making our World Sick too.

Could LESS create space for LOVE? Magic? Beauty?

So I’m Surrendering.

Discovering Luxurious Simplicity. Living Lightly.

It feels like a cheeky loophole. Simply Delicious.
